Do you remember last week’s blog about the lion’s den? October 17, 2024 was God’s timing for my wings to spread free, reduce unnecessary stress and grow in my faith. On this day, I took a leap of faith to resign from my employment as a clinical supervisor. A role that God said served its purpose and time has dissolved. This departure did not come with excitement or fear. I asked God to make His wanting me to leave so clear I could not deny it was His Will. Not only did He do just that He made all aspects of the process possible.
While it was bittersweet to resign from my job, I did not resign from the lives of those I came to value. My spirit and heart are in alignment with His Will so there wasn’t a need to consult with anyone. Pressing ahead with the confidence of God to not remain stuck when advised to move. Always remember not to be like Lot’s wife, do not look back!
