Black Breastfeeding Week with Mother, Baby and Beyond - Wilmington, DE.

 

    8/12/24 Dr. K worked with generous family, friends and small black businesses to help create 21 self-care packages for the amazing women of the Mothers In Charge organization in Philadelphia. MIC is an organization for families who are grieving the loss of a loved one to gun violence. Dr. K is also a member of the organization since last year after she lost her only child to gun violence in the city of Philadelphia. The number 21 reflects the age Dr. K's son would be this August.
